Social & Environmental Responsibility

Our First Responsibility is of Course to Our Residents…
We do feel it is also important that we can positively impact on the local and global community where possible. We are proud to support the Alzheimer’s Society and work closely with this leading organisation to help them defeat dementia. One of the key ways we ensure our residents are less at risk of developing dementia is by helping them lead healthy, proactive and fulfilling lives.

Serving the Local Community
Our care homes by their nature serve the local communities in which they are located. We aim to recycle as much as possible and try to conserve energy where we are able. We are also very interested to hear from any organisations local to our homes that would benefit from our support. This might be a local group of the Alzheimer’s Society, a disabled arts organisation or a local sports team. Please get in touch and if we are able to assist we will happily do so.

A Global Outlook
We don’t, however, limit our social and environmental responsibility to the UK. We are exploring the possibilities of working with charities in far-off lands in Asia, where we feel we can positively impact on the lives of less fortunate people.  As this work takes shape we will provide more information.
