Being a family owned and operated company, we strive to ensure our residents enjoy the same values in our homes as they have had in their own.  Below is some information on our key executives, based in our Head Office in Surrey.

Mr Rajamogan, Chairman
Mr Rajamogan is the founder of Regal Care Homes and Chairman of the Board of Directors. His vision, back in 1989, was to provide high quality care to vulnerable people across the UK and this vision is being rapidly realised. “We have developed a very strong business model over the years and only by providing exceptional quality care have we managed to grow the business. I am extremely proud of the work we do in our homes and it’s an honour to serve the community.” Mr Rajamogan is also our Chief Executive Officer and is keen to develop the business in the coming years.

Jane Rajamogan, Finance Director
Jane, the Chairman’s wife, began her career as a Registered Nurse and is now the Finance Director of Regal Care Homes. Jane is passionate about providing the highest quality of care possible to all our residents. “It is a pleasure and a privilege to be able to provide such high levels of care to our residents. The greatest pleasure of all is of course seeing our residents happy in their homes . When we receive messages of thanks from their families it makes all the hard work very worthwhile.” In addition to her role as Finance Director, Jane manages each of the departments at Head Office.

Richard Rajamogan, Operations Director
Richard is the Operations Director of Regal Care Homes and understudy to the Chairman. A graduate of Kings College London, with a BSc Hons in Physiology, Richard manages all aspects of operations. “I’m passionate about ensuring our residents enjoy the best quality of life possible in our homes. Many of our care homes are outstandingly beautiful properties which our residents love living in.” Richard is in charge of managing the strategic operations here at Regal Care Homes Head Office and across the Group.
