We’ve Been Serving the Community Since 1989
The vision of Mr Rajamogan , who founded Regal Care Homes back in 1989, was to become a leading care home operator providing exceptional quality care homes across the UK. That vision is largely realised with Regal Care Homes now firmly positioned as one of the market leaders in the care home sector. However, we haven’t achieved this success through chance.

Our Care Home Managers and Staff are the Real Stars
By carefully selecting our carers, who are of course the real stars in the company, and choosing suitable properties, we have managed to grow the business considerably over the years. We believe the quality of care we offer our residents gets increasingly better every year. Listening, and adapting our practices to meet our residents’ wellbeing has enabled us to grow our business. We started out with just one care home - Le Moors Care Home - back in 1989. The success we achieved in transforming this home into a loving and caring environment for our residents allowed us to purchase our second care home shortly after.

Organic Year-on-Year Growth
Since then we have grown organically each year and like to think we have played a major role in bringing quality care to the lives of many thousands of people. We’re constantly raising the bar and trying to deliver even higher levels of care for our residents. We take our responsibility as professional carers extremely seriously and as a result of this professionalism we now have several exceptional care homes across the UK.
