High Quality Care
Our Residents are Empowered, Respected and Professionally Cared ForWe care about the care we provide. This is the philosophy on which our business was built many years ago. Quite simply, we are carers at heart and care deeply about the care we provide to our residents. One of the worst things about getting old or needing to rely on others is the loss of independence.
We Know When to Care and When to EmpowerMany infirm people feel uncomfortable about constantly asking loved ones for help and assistance. They feel that they are bothering others unnecessarily. It’s also difficult for loved ones to strike a balance between being too caring and overbearing and not being there when truly needed. As professional carers, we’re here to serve your loved ones, and more importantly, they don’t need to ask.
By Empowering Our Residents They Lead Dignified LivesWe provide the best quality care possible. Clearly defining our care philosophy is important. You can then be comfortable that your loved ones are being cared for in the most professional and loving manner possible.
We encourage all our residents, where possible, to:- Lead independent lives, coming and going as they wish
- Care for themselves as they so desire
- Take a lie-in if they want and choose their own meals
- Pursue hobbies and personal interests
- Be involved in the development of their home
- Help with the creation and ongoing development of their personal care plan and access their records when they want
- Mix with other people in the community
- Choose their GP, dentist, hairdresser or chiropodist
It’s important that these simple everyday rights and choices, which we all take for granted when we are young and able, are clearly defined. This means that all our carers are mindful of the needs of our residents, ensuring your loved ones enjoy the best quality of life possible. If you’d like to discuss any aspects of the care we provide, please
get in touch , we’d be delighted to hear from you.
